If you have access to material: This is not a time to keep Malcolm X a secret. Put every oral history, every document, every photograph, every tape into the hands of the people. If you need advice on this, contact us.

If you were at the 1990 conference: Sum up your experience since then. We need lessons that are grounded in the actual experience of our people, experience that can be documented and studied.

Understanding the conflicts and finding the unexpected convergences will help build a 21st century movement - one that will not fall victim to the ideological roadblocks of the 20th century.
